• The rank is determined by the absolute value of the logistic regression coefficient.
• RT1 indicates the range of retention time 1 that the feature covers, and the RT1_center column shows the midpoint of that interval. The same applies to RT2.
• The sample column indicates which sample contains the feature.
• The feature index provides the position of the feature in the feature table.
